AB 430 legislation provides for a principal training program. The State requires that principals and assistant principals complete 160 hours, 80 training hours and 80 practicum hours over two years. CTAP Region IV is a state-approved training provider for Module 3: Instructional Technology to Improve Pupil Performance. Completion of AB430 meets the Tier II Administrative Credential Requirements. In addition to a deep exploration of newly adopted instructional materials, the core training modules will build skills and capacity necessary to:
