  1. To All My Region 4 Colleagues,

It was wonderful viewing this presentation which looks back to all of the superb work you have all produced and delivered these many years. There is great realization in my and ANY EDUCATORS’s minds that you have delivered exceptional work which has served ALL of us in California and beyond! You have been the guiding lights and minds to all of our work in educational technology. It is truly a great loss to every educator, and to me personally & professionally, that CTAP Region 4 is disappearing. Truly a sad time. It is my hope, and everyone that has ever worked and/or benefited from your content/services, that we continue to work with you in some capacity in the near future.

    With much love & appreciation,
    Diana

To all my friends at CTAP 4 - I have just heard this news and I am deeply saddened by it. To Bonnie, Micheline, Jim, Sandy, Janice - all of you who helped Bay Area districts through Digital High School, EETT, state Tech plans, and so many other challenges and opportunities, my profound thanks for your work, so well done. I am sure we will meet again. Until then, I wish you all the best of luck and happy landings wherever your paths take you. Jon

  3. Barbara Bray says:

To my good friends at CTAP IV! I am greatly saddened for California and the SF Bay Area to lose CTAP IV. It was such a surprise to hear this but I know that we will be working with you in some capacity. You are all so very special and have provided so much for teachers, administrators, and students. I want to thank you for all you have done for me and if there’s anything I can do for any of you, let me know. Thank you for sharing your presentation “On the Road.” It made me happy and sad. I love you all. Barbara

  4. Chuck Robbins says:

My association with CTAP IV has been the most rewarding and energizing experience in my career. My only regret, other than the closure, is that increased site responsibilities have limited my recent involvement to 1 or 2 BARC meetings a year. All the students at Buckingham Charter Magnet High School in Vacaville Unified have benefited enormously since we were a Year 1 Digital High School. CTAP IV will be missed as will each of you individually. I wish you all well in the future.

  5. Wanda Kurtcu (Haight) says:

I am saddened that CTAP 4 is being disbanded. Your group really filled the gap necessary to support the emerging technologies being used in the classroom. Thank you all so much for the help and guidance you’ve given me over the years.

See you around the small universe!!!!

    Wanda

  6. Boo Hoo! I am so disappointed that the CTAP 4 team has to be dismantled! ; ( All of you have contributed to my development as a Technology Integration Specialist and I am SO appreciative of your work! I feel like I am losing my Tech “family”, but hope that you will continue your positive influences so that we can all still benefit from your professionalism, inspiration, and knowledge. Take care and may the “Tech Force” be with you all!

  7. Old friends, It’s hard to imagine doing our work without all the great support CTAP 4 has given us. As the song goes, the times they are a changin’. I have no fear that Bonnie and her illustrious crew will continue doing good work in the ed tech realm. Change can be good.

Thanks for everything you ever did for me and that’s a lot! Best everything and much love.
    Connie

  8. Hi All,
I love this presentation and it brings me back to the support I first received from you when working in St.Helena. I have certainly benefited from your work and partnership. Thanks so much for all the great things and times.
    Peggy

  9. Dear CTAP Region 4,

Thank you for all of your hardwork and various contributions to California’s educators. The products and services that your region produced were always relevant to the needs in our Central Valley. I pray that you are all blessed with great opportunities and I hope that our paths will cross again.

    God Bless,
    Emy
    CTAP Region 7
