Evaluating Information on the Internet--Basic & Advanced

This form template tool allows students to evaluate the websites they find and determine if they are appropriate sources of information. As an added benefit, the tool organizes information in the same order needed to complete a bibliography. The basic version is for elementary and middle school students. The advanced evaluation tool is for middle and high school students.
